He has 15 years experience as an electrician, and knows his stuff. He discussed my requirements and clearly explained options to me with no sales pressure, and described how to get the best out of the solar panels. For example, the hot water system was removed from off peak which operates at night, and now operates via a timer during the middle of the day when the solar system is usually at peak output. On the arranged installation date he arrived on time with a team of guys who completed the job as planned and cleaned up everything behind them. He took the time to explain the system itself and an app to monitor the system. Elliot operates a smart business model with minimal overhead costs which enables him to compete on price as well as quality.
